ToC Title

For now, I would suggest just overriding the title with the title of the node.

<!--tableofcontents title: Title Of My Node;-->

Otherwise, I see integration with the token module as being the best solution. That's pretty significant, and to do so I'd like to hear from others with similar use cases who would benefit from tokens.

The title of the node already appears at the top so I don't see the point of implementing such a thing.

The title: option and setting can be used instead.
