Issue Summary
Hi!
I tried this module in a custom content type and, when its enabled in my Drupal installation, the CCK optional fields are not being saved. I´m using Drupal 5.7 and Postgres 8.2.3.
I would also like to suggest that, in the case of multiple values, we could chose more than 3 values, as hosts like firewalls, for instance, can easily have more than 3 interfaces.
Regards,
Carlos.

Hi Carlos,
Sorry for the extraordinarily long delay in replying.
In D5, IIRC, you can have more that 3 values, but you have to enter 3 values, then save the node, then you'll get 3 more empty options to fill out the next time you edit the form. Rinse and repeat. D6 improved this a lot.
I'll check out the issue with optional fields - I'm not sure if you mean IP addresses in the node edit form aren't saving if the field is optional, or if you mean that optional fields in the field configuration form aren't saving. I'll take a look at both.

i can't reproduce this. in the exceedingly unlikely chance that you are still suffering from this problem, please let me know how to reproduce it.
thanks!
