Is there a way to get the Drupal CAS module to link the Drupal account it creates to the LDAP account of the user (assuming you have the LDAP Integration module installed?) ?

Not sure what you mean by link. It's designed to pull user name information, etc. But LDAP Integration is not for the faint of heart. You've got to do some work. Could you be more specific with regard to the "Linked behavior" that you're looking for ?
