From looking around the documentation on Panels 2, it looks like the function panels_print_layout has changed a lot since Panels 1. When I tried to use theme_views_bonus_panels_twocol to get a two-column panel view, all my content ended up in the left section.

Does anyone know enough about how the $content array is set up in Panels 2 to get a compatible version of the 2-column panel theming function?

On further inspection, it looks like the Bonus Panel Views were working on our site. It's just that the % widths weren't working in our theme.
