Getting back from "site under construction"

OK, I'm just converting to Drupal from Joomla ... and I made the mistake of trying out the "placeholder" option, and taking my site off-line. Now, I can't figure out how to get back in as administrator and edit the site ... or put it back on-line.

Any help for a newbie?
