Description
1. Is there documentation that can show me how I can make the mini-panel title of About %profile have the first letter of the user id capitalized.
2. The page title is also not working with the Advanced Profile Module it will not pull in the user id when we add %profile for Page Titile.

1. If this is to be done, then you'll have to do so outside of panels. I'd suggest a special theming function that does the deed once panels has built the object for rendering. But no, I don't have documentation on hand on exactly how to do that.
2. There are lots of outstanding questions about titles right now; please search the issue queue to get a better sense of why this is a difficult question to answer. If nothing else, #258817: Improve workflow for new per-display title and #270699: Reverse page title override logic.
