A misformed DB call in live discussions can cause problem with live discussions and other modules (I had problems with Organic Groups).

This patch fixed the issue.

Tested to work on Drupal 4.6.2.

This is mainly a packaging of chx's idea, thanks chx!

Not just og -- any node access module that clears the (all,0) grant will immediately make this query fail.
