Enable video_filter module and site goes blank.

loading the video_filer modul and then via admin enable the module prevents anymore access to the site.

After editing the system table to disable video_filter I see this error in the log.

(mytestdomain.com is fake. The real domain has been removed from the message.)

running fresh install of drupal 6.2 and just started to build a new site. Very few addon modules enabled at this time.
