Will do graphic design for Drupal expert !

Hi everyone,

I'm a Paris (France) based Artistic Director specialized in web & motion design.
I am actually working on an associative projet with friends, and we are looking for a Drupal expert to help us.
We need someone would could develop the Drupal theme based on the graphics I've designed, and give us some help on a few features such as creating a Wiki or administrating a few fonctions (the site is made with Drupal 5 and is actually 75% fully working).

We don't have any money to pay you for the moment, but as I mentioned earlier, I could work as a graphic designer in exchange (as long as the work the Drupal developper and I would involve in each projects would be equals).

I hope that someone will be interested in this proposition and hope to read from you soon.
