ldap users with multiple memberOf not being mapped

When I have a user log on to the site and they are in multiple members they are not mapped to any roles.

The system is set to only maps one member. On the ldap server there is a member group called Student and it is mapped to the Student role in Drupal. However, if that user is in another ldap group along with being in Ldap Student group mapping does not happen. I am using the filter to so roles are not created and I was wondering if that is messing the mapping up.

If I did a poor job in explaining this let me know and I will try to explain it better next time.
