I would like to include a screen shot or a file attachment in Drupal form.
Is this facility available in Drupal Forums?

If so, I can I do that?

If this is something you think you'll do often, make sure you have the "upload" module enabled
If it is enabled and you have permission to upload, there should be a plainly visible input for your files.

If you just want to do this once or twice, you could upload the image to something like imageshack or photobucket and paste the html code in.

There are also some specialized uploading modules for images.
