It's too small and doesn't show all the text

I wasn't sure what you were talking about here. When posting bugs, please be more descriptive.
I increased the size of the required text (form text input field), this is just a formality, as you could enter as much text as you needed before.
Please note that the required text is just the text placed next to the checkbox and in most circumstances will simply be "I Agree", "OK", "I have read the EULA", etc.
For the title and body of the required text ie. the thing the user is agreeing to, you create a node and enter the node id. This allows you to use revisions and other node modules for the agreement text.
