How to implement collect_module for content type.

Hi
I have content type videos and i am adding/editing and deleting videos from admin section.
Now i need to give facility for logged in user to rate the video. For that purpose i installed collect_module for Drupal 5.x
I had installed modules that is required for collect_module and does admin settings for it.
Plz suggest some more settings or code that need to implement this module on my content type.
Its not seen on my front page say page-videos.tpl.php .
What should i need to make change in my code?
Plz help me to sort out this problem.
