Description
The scheduler-module.pot file provided with this version is still very different from the one that is created by potx. Attached to this issue there is a freshly created scheduler-module.pot and a german translation (complete except one string).
I also think that the pot and po files need to be in a subdirectory translation (instead of current po) in order to include the translation at the time the module is activated.

Thanks for the translation.
As I understand http://drupal.org/translators, we should remove scheduler-module.pot anyways, but you are right about the translation directory.
I will move the translations from po to translation. Anyone with the appropriate language background careing to update the danish and hungarian translations or even add new translations?

I removed the template and added your change. I did not rename the subdirectory since directory renaming is not possible with cvs and we would need to remove the files and add them to a new directory loosing history. I could not verify the translation at module activation time if the directory is named "translation" instead of "po". If someone else can, please tell me how. If it really works I might reconsider and rename the directory.
