how to add block showing node where the date coincides with the current day?

I have a kind of content that is ephemerides, what I did was put a new category of content and there began a node for each day of 2004 where ephemerides, i mean, I have a node in that 1/1/2004 type of content that is "ephemeris of 1 / 1"; what I want is to make a block showing that node depending on the day, i mean if today is 23/06 showing the node that is that content (which I called " efem ") and that day but in 2004 (6/23/2004).

I think it could be done with php, but the truth php understand something, but I do not know where to start.
