I have two themes enabled, Garland and a custom one.

When I go to the block list page I see the themes name in the secondary menu.

Despite the theme I choose from the secondary menu, the list is always the same, and if I change blocks for one theme the changes are reflected on the other.

I was expecting to be able to configure blocks on a per-theme basis, but failed.

I see that _block_rehash can fetch theme blocks by having the global $theme_key set, but block_admin_disply doesn't set it when I choose the theme.

Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks a bug to me.
