user role doesn't change in the end of subscription

After subscription user get new role. Near end of subscription user recive notice email.
but When subscription is end (comlited), the subscription status doesn't change and the subscriber role doesn't change.

Cron works every 2 hours, I Have enabled sandbox messages to be treated as real and debug output and
don't have errors in log. I setup LM PayPal Business/Premier Email the same as in Paypal sandbox account.
