A common error is to rename template files but to forget to clear the theme registry. This patch paints missing template files, in the 'Theme: Information' screen, in red. It also adds a 'title' attribute that shows in which folder a template is located.
I'm attaching a screenshot as well.
Notes:
(1) I renamed variable $found to $picked to make it clearer that it isn't a file that is found.
(2) In the text messages, I preferred the word 'file' over 'template'.

(Plus, when you hover with the mouse over a bold template --that is, one which is found-- a title pops up with the location of the file.)
