In this circumstance, if I have selected:
Illinois Coalition for Immigrant
Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights
Refugee Rights
In this case, the full name of the organization (Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights) is the only valid term. If I attempt to remove "Refugee Rights," the words "Refugee Rights" will be removed from the valid term, leaving "Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and." Then if I remove "Illinois Coalition for Immigrant," that leaves me with just the word "and."
Something tells me that the javascript script isn't accounting for whole terms that might appear in other terms for the same field.

You are right. That is a good catch and an oversight on my part. I will get this fix into the next version.
Unless someone comes up with a patch in the meantime :)
