toggle on/off the width of the header to the width of the page

it could be very useful to have in the user interface a checkbox to toggle the width of the header to the width of the page. Maybe together with a way to set the height of the banner. One can use this feature to easily change the appearance of the page.

Anyway, congratulations to this great theme, it was really a lifesaver to a lousy webmaster and busy psychotherapist like me :-)
