Need help integrating a block in the header or garland

I have a block with 6 gifs and a site-map that works fine. I need it to be in the "Logo-floater" section of my garland theme. You can see it at clubs.omwb.com. The one on the top is the block., the one in the is just the gif.

I have exhausted my knowledge with no progress. Need help

You can do the following:

Add the following code to the float div in page.tpl.php:
<?php print block_block('view', 3); ?>

The 3 is the id of your block
