Module to send a repeating scheduled e-mail

I am looking for a Drupal module that will allow me to send the same message to an addressee every seven days.

Is there an existing module that will do this, that anyone can point me to?

Hi,

You can user the workflow module to help set up some triggers and actions to automatically perform certain tasks for you.
