Role Mass-Mailing in autoresponder module puts broken links into emails

Description
When sending a role-based mass mail from this page
.../admin/settings/autoresponder/massmailer/role
the mass mailer includes "unsubscribe from this list" links which in this case are broken (as there is no list that this message belongs to).
Also the "view this mail in your browser" link is also broken.

The attached patch file will hide the links section from the bottom of the email if the email is being sent through the Role Mass-Mailing option.
