What happens to the old Block_Clone blocks?

Issue Summary

I understand that the Block_Clone module makes way for the MultiBlock module. That is allright, but how do people migrate? Of course I can uninstall Block_Clone and install Multiblock instead, but what then happens to my old cloned blocks?
