now i want to unsubscribe, but i cannot find a link or hint how this can be done.

If you start at the issue itself then click on the breadcrumb for issues then click on the link at the top of the grid for subscribe you will see a screen where you can manage your subscription settings.

To change your settings for all projects just remove "bio" from the URL to get http://drupal.org/project/issues/subscribe-mail/

I've marked this fixed, but if you still have problems after making this change please re-open it.

Is it possible to subscribe just to some issues? For example, only issues (or, in general, nodes) that I have commented or posted?
