Atom always outputs the full node

Atom does not respect the settings at admin/content/rss-publishing concerning how much should be included in the feed.

Since a customer needed this, I've simply implemented a similar setting on, since you might want to have different settings for the two feeds. Also, I've set the default option for that setting to behave like the Atom module does now, so nothing is changed when you upgrade.

I've rolled a patch for this against Drupal 5 and Atom 5.x-1.x-dev.
