When I try to add vocabulary under Drupal Taxomomy I am not offered the option to add a taxonomy to Gallery items. I cant seem to figure out how Gallery Addon adds taxonomy features to Gallery. Thanks.

It doesnt! Who said it would?
Also Gallery Addon is a package for future modules and still under development. What means only very few features are available atm. Especially the Gallery Content module (targeted to map G2 items and Drupal nodes) cant be obtained from cvs yet.

Well, I guess if it's not in now, it would be a great feature for each Gallery "node" to support taxonomy, comments etc....
