Scheduler Admin Settings Menu Hook uses wrong user_access permission in drupal 5

Description

I just downloaded scheduler, and noticed that the menu hook for the path "admin/settings/scheduler" is checking for the "administer content" permission to grant access. However in drupal 5 this should be "administer nodes".

You are right. Attached is a trivial patch.
BTW: This should also be checked for drupal 6.
