Issue Summary
The title says it all: Logging and Alerts does not show up at all in my available updates report, though I installed the stable 6.x-1.1 tarball from the project site and not a SVN checkout or similar.
I cannot find the error in the emaillog.info file myself, so no patch from me - sorry.
