Action only works while updating

Hi,

I have 3 Triggers enabled: after saving a new node, after saving an updated node and after deleting a node...

the first will not work. if I upload a video and save the node, the video file is deleted but not uploaded to blip.tv

If I just use the update trigger, then it works. I upload the video, save the node and then after saving I will edit the node again, save the node and the module works the way it should do. But this way is not really the way I can use it on a site where people should upload there own stuff.

Is there any solution for this problem?
