Form component > Select > List box - KEY|Value values filtered for double entries???

Hi,

I just started working with webform.module since the contact.module in core is lacking features.
Yet the only feature contact.module in core has it does well... and webform does not so well...

Let's say I have a select list box with a x number of countries as values with email addresses as keys.
What I want is that people select their country of origin, this way I know what sales agent should be getting the email.
Yet if I have one sales agent (thus one email recipient) for multiple countries webform filters out double keys.... not so very handy.
Is there a way around this?

The thing i was talking about that core contact.module does better is obscuring the email addresses set by categories.
Webform just puts them in the HTML in the values of the select list... making them vunerable for spammers.
Any ways around this too??
