Allow adding custom javascript code before and after _trackPageview()

Current implementation allows only to add custom javascript code *before* the _trackPageview().

From the investigation on #274873: GATC Request Process order is wrong we should allow to add *before* and *after* (for e.g. e-commerce tracking).
