Comment approval via email

Is there a way to approve anonymous comments via email instead of having to log into the approval queue to do it? Sort of like approving a user's account by clicking on the link in the email to activate the account.

Have you looked at the Comment Mail module? Haven't used it myself, but it looks like it might address your needs.
