Hi,

I've added this module to my site and my only issue is that when a user subscribes they receive a blank confirmation e-mail.
Can a subscription confirmation e-mail be modified/created within this module?

Can you explain what you would like a bit more? What do you mean by they receive a blank confirmation email? Wouldn't the confirmation email be configured through Campaign Monitor? I actually haven't tried using this with a double opt-in list, maybe there is an issue with this.
