Why I cant use module Image with File upload

I installed Image module. It was fine. I could upload 1 image for a node.
What I want is multiple images on a node. So I enable file attachment for image content type.
But I cant upload file in image content type whereas in text content type everything was smooth.

Use the swfupload module in drupal.withhelp of this module you can upload multiple image on same time.

Still want file upload to work
Anyway I still want file upload to work with image module.
Beside for multiple images, I want users able to submit image and other attachments perhaps .doc and any others.
How to make these 2 modules work together?

Work fine except
SWFUpload works as I expected.
I can upload an image (via image module) and other images as attachment (via fileupload & swfupload).
But clicking the refresh button on the queue list. Gave me the same error behaviour as using image module and fileupload as before.
Have you noticed this issue?

Sorry not swfupload problem
This is upload_progress problem!
After disabling this module everything works fine.
I suspect upload_progress problem is not working well with core fileupload module.
I have reported a bug to this project anyway http://drupal.org/node/277043
