Key listings from Server and security grups

Hi,

sorry to club two changes into one patch, but I forgot to take them one at a time, and now I'm too lazy. :)

Anyway, it's still in head, so not sure how much it matters. If you want me to though, I will.

2 Changes:

I implemented the keylisting service to be used on the instance creation screen

I implemented security groups (partially). There are stubs for creation / deletion and permission management. But it does allow you to select from existing groups when booting an instance, so this should be a good start. I've tested it.

I don't like giving 1/2 finished features in patches, but I wanted to make sure you knew I was working on it, and since I don't have CVS access, this is the best way I suppose.
