Small Drupal Project

Define the Scope of the Project
- Create a site that allows a user to perform the following:
1. Ability to send someone an eCard that would also allow someone to donate to an organization when generating the eCard
2. Create a "eCard" to send someone and select an organization to send money to using a PayPal account associated with the user
3. Enter in email addresses of recipients (maybe at end tie to donation amount)
4. Choose theme for card (would be a drop down box I could populate with themes)
5. Upload a photo for the eCard
6. Ability to either upload a letter document, or type a personal message
7. Select an organization from drop down list (would bill the user's paypal account supplied from the account registration page)
8. Previews the eCard/email to be sent, and submits the final version to all of the entered email addresses.
9. eCard would then be mailed to the individuals email addresses entered and they would be sent to the sent to view the eCard.

Note: eCards would not have specific themes (not like a Greeting card from Yhoo or MsN)

I've worked with Drupal before but I am curious how someone would build this. The backend would require a user to apply us with a PayPal account to bill. I do not believe this would require a strong skill set and since the size is somewhat small I'm not looking for 10k proposals - we don't have the budget.

Do you want installation and configuration?
No. I will install Drupal 6.x. If you think 5.x would be a better choice I'd be happy to set that up.

Do you want a theme designed?
Possibly. TBD.

Do you want modifications to existing modules?
Yes... see explanation above and I'm sure you can think of two or three modules that would need to be tweaked.

Do you want new modules written?
Yes.

Define the Budget for the Project
Budget is $low...

Once you do that, you can now break the project into tasks (e.g. installation, theme design, programming).
If you feel you'd be happy to design only the modules and not the theme that is fine.
