The Public Digital Film Festival http://www.publicdff.gr is a digital film making competition open to the public. The site is using views, cck and various other modules. The (excellent) design was created by George Kulturidis (http://www.handsmade.info) .

Can you talk about what modules you used and any customizations you made?
Just css really
Basically i used views and cck (with embedded media field ). I didn't have to do any customizations really, i wrote some php code in a block to get the frontpage videos (one per category), but that's about it.
The theme on the other hand was built from the ground up.
A new voting module will be introduced on this site in a month or so. Once the participants finish uploading videos, the voting will open for the public.
The module will allow for a limited number of votes per user per category, much like the voting in elections.
