I run a Drupal website for a non-profit group that has the CiviCRM module installed. In our installation CiviCRM stores it's data in a seperate database from Drupal. It would be great if I could include that additional database in my Drupal Backup or in a seperate backup.
Thanks
Mike

MacRonin commentedFirst - Great module. It eels good to be getting a nice simple DB backup in case anything goes wrong.
I am also a user of CiviCRM, and I store it's data in a separate database Like Mike does. It would be great if after running the standard Drupal DB backup a second backup was kicked off to handle to CiviCRM one.

MacRonin commentedThank you :-)
I don't know if you run CiviCRM yourself, so when the time comes if you need any info about the config file where the CiviCRM database info is stored let us know and I'll send you a sample one (minus the password of course)

ronan commentedMoving this to 2.x branch as 1.x is now feature stable.
ronan commentedoops, see above, except this time for real.
ronan commentedOk, I have this functionality committed to the 6.x-2.x and 5.x-2.x branches. Check it out and let me know if you find any bugs, but be warned, the 2.x branches are still early dev releases and should not be used in a production environment.

MacRonin commentedThanks, As soon as I finish my current task I'll reset my Sandbox, add CiviCRM and give this a try
