I get this message each time I hit a d.o site:

I'm connecting via the city-wide WiFi in Minneapolis provided by US Internet (a reasonably large ISP). My IP address at the moment (via NAT and/or proxy) appears to be 206.55.180.50, but everything in 206.55.176 - 206.55.191 belongs to the same ISP, US Internet. Any chance of refining the filters?

killes@www.drop.org commentedSomebody is using this free wifi for comment spamming, according to http://www.projecthoneypot.org/
Guess the provider of that network should be doing something about that.

Chris Johnson commentedIt's not free WiFi. It is city-wide, but you have to pay for it. :-)

Chris Johnson commentedI'll follow up with the projecthoneypot.org folks. Thanks.

Chris Johnson commentedI'm now using my own DSL connection, so I don't know if it is an issue now.
