I translated the current userplus module into german, attached to this issue you'll find the de.po and a userplus.pot for additional translations. You may include it into the next releases (dev/beta, whatever).
Thank you for providing the translation. Honestly, I am not up to speed on how to provide these translations along with the project.
Can you please point me to another project that contains a translation so I can see how they commit to CVS? What happens when there are code changes -- who is responsible for maintaining the translation at that point?
Sorry, I can't answer you that. For all the translations I made so far I provided a de.po as in this issue and it was commited to the cvs. I really do not know much about CVS, but someone told me that the translations are open for everybody but I cannot confirm nor deny it. I also do not know if the cvs documentation contains information about that.
If there is a need for further translation you can contact me or if there is an issue about the current translation you may assign it to me.
