The files autotag.jquery.js and autotag.jquib.js are not in the current 5.x-1.4 distribution but they are referenced in the autotag.module code. Although there are directories with those names added to the CVS repository they are empty.

Fixed in CVS, and will also be present in the next version of this module. Please download files from CVS until then.
