Issue Summary
It would be nice to be able to change elements of the content frame whenever the SuperNav is active. I tried a quick-and-dirty way to do this by adding a query string (mynav=1) to the content frame URL. With this, I am able to turn off the SuperNav by default, put a link to open it when it's off, and to get rid of it when it's on, and I'm able to get rid of an entire sidebar when it's on (so that there is only one navigation instead of two).
