Embedded Video Field/Video CCK - Short Provider List

Hi, Tremendous work!

I have used emfield since Suzy told me about it at Drupalcamp NYC last June. I have just (6/27) upgraded to the latest version and have successfully implemented the FeedAPI Emfield RSS mapping - cool. However, now I only have Google, JumpCut, MetaCafe, MySpace, Revver, YouTube as providers. Blip.TV is not there anymore.

I have tried reloading emfield data — nope. I have a bunch of videos on my live site and am trying to get it going on my local/dev. I perused a bunch of threads before posting this.

Also, there is no Embedded Video Field in the current contrib folder.

I have provided two screen shots for some visual.
