I am trying to display more than one block, but only the navigation block shows up. I can't for the life of me figure out why the other blocks aren't displaying...they work fine when I switch themes.

I figured out what the problem was...

I was using an "administration theme" that was different from the skyroots theme. When I tried saving blocks for skyroots while in the admin theme, it wasn't actually saving the block info to the appropriate theme (just the admin theme). This is a system error, not a theme specific problem.
