Help With Upgrading Website

I'm looking for someone to help me upgrade my site at:
http://www.mindstreaming.com.

The site theme is to help the world by creating new ideas to uplift human consciousness. I believe the site has the potential to host a powerful conversation, but as yet the site presentation isn't together enough to attract people to sign up and get involved.

I don't have much money, and am asking if someone would be willing to help me based on the inspiration of the site. I need a few basic things fixed up, and I could offer $200.00 for your help.

To Do List:

1. An attractive, user profile page. I have uploaded the "advanced profile kit" module, but so far haven't been able to figure out how to make it work.

2. An attractive members list page. I had some success with this, but as it is it still doesn't look great.

3. A front page using the "panels" module to make the page more dynamic and user friendly. I have panels uploaded, but again, haven't yet been able to figure out how make it work.
