quick question

I've been hunting and pecking through multi-sites threads and Section module threads most of the morning. I'm 50% sure the Sections module will do this, but I wanted to confirm first wiht its creator.

I'm about to rip down and redo a site.

I need it to have 3 Sections and each Section with its own theme. (i undertand this part)

but here's the twist.

I would like each Section to have its own Front Page Sticky. Since I can't see a tool for this. I started to look at having a different Front Page by using the Fornt page Module for each section. And I'm about 50% sure this is do able.
