Project funded, we need a reliable, experienced, drupal programmer

We are a new real estate franchise and will be offering franchise sales around Aug. 1st of this year. We've paid for a programmer to install Drupal as multi-site and css style the site but he didn't finish the job, he just dissapeared. Most of the work is done but may be 30 days of work left. We are funded.

We need a reliable stateside programmer that knows Drupal and can complete css styling, build forms and knows multi-site installation. The site is currently installed and configured on a server with sub-domain capability.

We need a programmer that knows;

Server technology
CSS styling for Drupal
Drupal Forms
php
mysql

We'll provide the exact requirements to qualified programmers only. The selected candiate will need to start immediatley. If your interested in being involved in a real estate enterprise wide installation of Drupal contact us asap. The right candiate will also have the opportunity to bid on another upcoming software project using Drupal.

Not sure what part of USA programmer you didn't understand. We have gone the route of using off shore programmers and found it to be a most frustrating experience. Lack of communication, time difference, documentation and quality of work were just a few of the problems we had working with overseas companies. We are only interested in USA programmers and companies.

The part where you never said 'USA programmer'

It would be helpful that if you wanted folks from USA, you specified that. You are addressing a global audience that may also have 'states' in their own country.
