Upon turning this module on the administrative function menu links became different. For example admin/modules became admin/build/modules when generated by the system. I couldn't go to admin/modules to turn the module off. I flipped the status field to 0 in the system table for this module and also the devel module (which I installed at the same time) and now the entire site comes up with a "page can not be found" error. Please let me know what I can do to remove this gracefully and get my site back.

Turned off module, ran update.php, deleted files from server, and got the site back.
