Parse error

I have installed the admin message module. After that when I click the Administer link i.e

http://mywebsite.com/?q=admin

I get the error message as

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/mywebsite/public_html/new/modules/admin_message/admin_message.install on line 17

Line 17: uid int(10) NOT NULL,

Please advise.
